About Leonard Qualified through the College of Naturopathic Medicine and with years of health advisor experience in Ballincollig I am dedicated to nutritional healing and have witnessed amazing transformations in many peoples health and wellbeing. I am IANT registered which means that I continuously update my education to include the latest health related research.
The First consultation is a chance to get to the source of the problem. By the time you have come to see me I will already know a little about your health concerns and your health profile via a questionaire I will have sent you. With the information gathered from that and with the more detailed information you give me in the first part of the consultation I get a full and detailed picture of what is the underlying cause of the health concern.
The follow up consultations are a chance to see how the changes you have implemented are suiting you and how your body is adapting to the changes implemented. This is an important part of the process as we adapt to things at individual levels. It is also a chance to implement more long term changes that will help keep you healthy for longer. There may be more Consultations needed but that is wholly dependant on your condition and health status at each session.
